Accordingly, Pos Indonesia leaders instruct to identify parcel items from China, Hong Kong, Macao and countries infected by the Covid-19 Epidemic.

Pos Indonesia also requested all postal operators not to deliver prohibited parcel items as regulated by the regulations of Indonesia government on the prediction of this virus infection. All parcel items are subject to standard operation processes in accordance with the local regulations.

In addition, parcel items from all territories of Hong Kong and Macao are treated with separate operation process by Pos Indonesia. These parcels are only accepted in terms of express mail services (EMS) and EEXPO POST. All parcels from Hubei, China are not accepted totally.

Postal operators must also report to the quarantine customs and special consumption agencies, as well as other related government agencies if any risk of Covid-19 infection through goods and postal mail items is found.
