Vietnam Post co-operates with Authority of Information Technology Application (AITA) to implement digital transformation strategy.
In order to promote awareness of digital transformation, bringing the direction of digital transformation into practice in enterprises, the Authority of Information Technology Application (AITA) and Vietnam Post Corporation (Vietnam Post) has signed a cooperation agreement to build models and the method of digital transformation for Vietnam Post.
Mr. Nguyen Huy Dung and Mr. Chu Quang Hao signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of the AITA and Vietnam Post
Through the cooperation of digital transformation for Vietnam Post, the two sides will give the implementation strategy and then build the successful sample to implement digital transformation for Vietnamese enterprises.
Accordingly, the AITA will consult solutions on digital transformation, direction of comprehensive model, implementation method for Vietnam Post to implement digital transformation in the next time. At the same time, the AITA will support Vietnam Post to participate in projects regarding to building digital government, smart city…Moreover, the AITA will connect Vietnam Post with units or enterprises providing IT solutions to share experiences, knowledge on digital transformation and transfer technology through training courses.
Overview of the signing ceremony
Sharing about the cooperation between the two sides, Mr. Nguyen Huy Dung, Director General of AITA said that the Government and the MIC had high expectation for the development of Vietnam Post in the coming time. This requires more efforts in the digital transformation process of Vietnam Post. AITA has also cooperated with Vietnam Post to implement many activities and projects such as Vmap, Vpostcode, national data gate…In the coming time, the two sides will continue to cooperate closely to build and implement successfully the roadmap of digital transformation at the soonest.

According to Mr. Nguyen Hai Thanh, Chairman of the BOM of Vietnam Post, digital transformation is considered as a particularly important task.
Mr. Nguyen Hai Thanh, Chairman of the BOM of Vietnam Post confirmed the digital transformation was the particularly important and survival task of Vietnam Post. In fact, Vietnam Post has implemented digital transformation quite early through the implementation of projects associated with e-government, digital government and application of IT achievements in production and business activities.
However, the digital transformation of Vietnam Post will have many different characteristics. With the close cooperation with AITA in the development of specific strategies and solutions, the digital transformation of Vietnam Post will get good results and success in the coming time.
