Vietnam Post launches acceptance and delivery services of USB devices
Vietnam Post has launched the service of accepting and delivering Universal Serial Bus (USB) of the Department of Digital Authentication & Information Security at the serving points of Post Offices.
Accordingly, organizations, agencies and individuals with a demand to return USB to the Department of Digital Authentication & Information Security can bring this digital device, notification of collecting USB issued by the Department of Digital Authentication & Information Security to the serving points of Post Offices for instructions to fill in the records of acceptance and delivery, loss of USB (if any) and and complete the USB device returning procedures.
The service fees for accepting and returning USB are paid by the Department of Digital Authentication & Information Security, so customers do not have to pay for this service fees.
This is an important service related to information safety and security, serving communist party and government agencies from central to local levels, so Vietnam Post pays special attention to quality service, regularly supervises and improve the service quality, ensures the safety of postal items, keeps information confidential, prevents backlogs, loss and misplacement of postal items, and avoids arising customer complaints and inquiries.
Currently, many agencies, organizations and individuals have high demand for permission and use digital certification services. Vietnam Post also provides delivery services of digital certification device USB from the Department of Digital Authentication and Information Security to agencies, organizations and individuals in 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
