Vietnam Post was honored "Typical Enterprise for Employees 2018"
The 5th Ceremony to honor "Typical Enterprise for Employees in 2018" with the theme: "Businesses with Employee's Welfare" took place in December 15 at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace. (Hanoi).

Vietnam Post was honored and has received a certificate of merit from the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, as an enterprise with good implementation of labor law and great care for material and spiritual life for employees in 2018.
This is recognition for Vietnam Post on the regimes and main care for the material and spiritual life of employees in the past years, such as building and applying a new salary scale system to contribute to Increase the average income of workers. In addition, raising the number of new regimes and policies such as child support expenses for female laborers, sickness, maternity, labor accidents, health recovery leave...
At the ceremony, Vietnam Post was also one of 20 members of the Club of Enterprise for Employees.
In 2018, the ranking of "Typical enterprises for employees" with the theme "Enterprise and employee welfare" has honored 60 typical enterprises; especially 30 outstanding enterprises received the Certificate of Merit of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry are typical and excellent examples of taking people as the center, the driving force of development of enterprises.
This year's rankings have some new points: The direction to select businesses towards "finer" (increase in the average score selected into the association; reduce the number of businesses to the rankings; the average salary of the business career is higher than in previous years, scale of participating enterprises is wider ...). In particular, one of the contents focused on this year by the Organizing Committee is to improve the quality of employment of workers during the 4th industrial revolution (4.0).
After 5 years, the Program ranked 335 times of business, awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 119 turns of businesses.
