Vietnam Post signs Collective Labor Agreement
In December 2020, the signing ceremony of the Collective Labor Agreement took place at Vietnam Post headquarter.
President and CEO of Vietnam Post Mr. Chu Quang Hao and President of Postal Workers Union Mr. Tran Duc Thich signed the Agreement before the witness Vietnam Post’s Communist Party, Board of Management, Board of Directors and over 500 employees at Vietnam Post headquarter and leader representatives of 63 Provincial Posts, 08 companies and subsidiaries.

signed the Collective Labor Agreement
The collective labor agreement of Vietnam Post includes 3 Chapters, 21 Articles, 75 Items applicable to the employer, the representative of the labor collective and the employees. The Agreement stipulates the commitments of the employer and the employee on the rights, responsibilities and interests of each party during the effective period of the Agreement at Vietnam Post’s headquarter office and subsidiaries. Other contents not specified in this Agreement will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Vietnamese Laws and Vietnam Post regulations. The signed collective labor agreement is a framework for Vietnam Post subsidiaries to implement and refer to develop their collective labor agreements.
