Vietnam Post’s E-commerce Delivery Center in Hanoi is in official operation
On March 31, 2022, Vietnam Post held the launching ceremony of Hanoi E-Commerce Delivery Center. This is considered as one of the important "kicks" in the field of e-commerce delivery in the country.
With the main task of operating and designing e-commerce delivery services to suit customer needs in the market, the Center will be a key link to connect online buyers and sellers nationwide. The center will operate and manage 6 large hubs specializing in e-commerce goods throughout Hanoi. In 2022, the Center sets a target of nearly 48.2 million tons of e-commerce goods.

Overview of the launching ceremony
The construction of a specialized services center for e-commerce goods with investment in both infrastructure system and technology application not only meets the increasingly exciting needs of the market but also bring diversified customer experience. In addition, the quality of delivery services for commercial goods has also been significantly improved with faster delivery speeds and more reasonable prices, thereby helping e-commerce businesses work more efficiently, and at the same time, creating a driving force for e-commerce in Viet Nam to develop strongly in the coming time.
Once in operation, the Center will expand potential sales channels through social networks, e-commerce platforms, systems of collaborators as well as e-commerce agents. Also, it will synchronize and professionalize providing delivery services, customer services, speeding up checking and payment processes, expanding services for customers and partners.

Executive Vice President Nguyen Kien Cuong has high expectations for the development of Hanoi E-Commerce Delivery Center
Speaking at the ceremony, Executive Vice President Nguyen Kien Cuong said that e-commerce delivery service is identified as one of three core business pillars of Vietnam Post. Hanoi E-commerce Delivery Center would be a big "push" in the e-commerce delivery field. “This change will bring new bright spots, spirit and resources to create a strong and breakthrough in the e-commerce development of Vietnam Post. Each step and each activity of the Center will be attached with the objectives and trust and responsibility of core business areas of Vietnam Post. The Center needs to organize its operations effectively, bring different values, and gain the trust of all customers”, affirmed Mr. Nguyen Kien Cuong.
Also at the ceremony, Vietnam Post awarded decisions to appoint leaders of the Center and functional departments. Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Post Office was appointed as the Director of the Center.
